Children's day

An event to celebrate this day among all audiences

DANCAUSA, EN LA CELEBRACIÓN DEL DÍA UNIVERSAL DE LA INFANCIA

The client

On the occasion of the Universal Day of Children's Rights, November 20, the Community of Madrid intended to hold an event to give visibility to this day through activities, games and exhibitions focused on children and families.

To this end, activities were proposed to attend to different age segments, from 3 to 16 years old, encouraging at all times the joint participation of children with their families.

We sought to carry out different activities to cover all ages, differentiating into 4 large blocks: Workshops – Sports activities – Exhibitions and Crafts.

The project

The collaboration of the Torrejón de Ardoz Town Hall was essential, since it made the space available for the event (Europa Park) as well as local police, ambulances, billboards, maintenance personnel, etc. The event was outdoors in the different locations that were managed through Sportmadness.

The location, setting up of the day and the dynamic/playful offer of activities allowed for a very complete event that invited the little ones to enjoy activities such as face painting, inflatables or exhibitions, among others.

The results

The client of the event was very satisfied with the speed, flexibility and effectiveness of Sportmadness in executing a proposal in record time since the initial project was presented.

On the other hand, an estimated 2,000 attendees to the event along with more than 1,200 registrations through the registration platform in the different activities, which were totally free for the boys and girls.

The general feeling was very positive: the day was accompanied by joy, great participation and above all a unique global experience that highlighted Children's Day as a central element.
