The EY Bowling Tournament is a corporate wellness initiative developed as part of EY Mexico’s “Balance” program. Over 14 weeks, teams made up of employees took part in weekly sessions that combined fun, friendship and healthy competition. With more than 390 participants, score tracking throughout the season and a grand final featuring the top six teams, the tournament established itself as a team-building experience that strengthens internal cohesion and promotes well-being through sport.
