The client
Bosque Real is a private housing estate on the outskirts of Mexico City, which is designed to guarantee services, security, community, and quiet to its residents.
The objective of the Bosque Real Community is to generate moments of relaxation and social connection among its residents. With this in mind, events are designed with different perspectives to provoke smiles and community loyalty.
On this occasion, for Father's Day recurrence, a personal and competitive physical challenge was set to recognise the strength and willpower of fathers. The user profile was families living within the city of Bosque Real. This includes young families with 1 son or daughter and even older families who wanted to meet a personal challenge.
The project
The race was done with a more recreational than competitive approach, in fact everyone participated in the same category without distinction., 1160 participants took part in the 8 km race and more than 350 participants in the 3 km walk, , including prams, dogs, families, boys and girls.
The event counted beverage, which was provided by Glacier Water, a DJ, an announcer who motivated the participants and did breathing and warm-up exercises before the start, a coffee bar, awards, medals and T-shirts for all participants.

The results are derived mainly from:

- Organisational recognition
The main objective was definitely met, the Bosque Real community became closer among its members.
We had 160 participants in the 8km run and over 350 participants in the 3km walk, including prams, dogs, families, children.
