The client

Nateevo is a business accelerator within the digital ecosystem. Among other aspects, the agency is dedicated to strategic consulting services, design of digital services, digital marketing and e-commerce. In recent years, Nateevo has counted with companies such as Mapfre, Telefónica, Vodafone and Endesa. Meanwhile, VdShop offers complete e-commerce solutions for large corporations, offering the possibility of outsourcing 100% of the e-commerce business.

The project

Innovative companies such as Nateevo and VdShop are concerned about providing a good working environment for their employees and improving the relationship with their partners. As part of the initiatives they wanted to develop in their People & Talent team, they proposed a 2-month padel league with the employees of both entities. The league had a regular phase with weekly matches, in order to encourage the sports habit. The participants received a corporate welcome pack with backpack and T-shirt, enjoyed a flexible format 100% adapted to the users, and, above all, were able to practice sport together with their colleagues. The last day was especially fun, where everyone was able to share a day of padel and good weather. An ideal final touch to this great initiative led by its People & Talent department.

The results

The best result is a satisfied client. The company's People & Talent team was fully involved in the organisation of the event and was able to provide audiovisual content to make the most of this initiative. Two happy clients, many users wishing to repeat. More than 30 participants during the two months of the execution of the project, content in social media of the entities and, above all, the intention to replicate the project and use sport as a social tool and to improve well-being.
