The client
Vicente Guaita has been of the most important football goalkeepers at a national level in recent years, playing in teams like Valencia CF and Getafe CF.
After an impressive season in Getafe, he wanted to take advantage of the summer break to come to his home province and share his experience with the younger goalkeepers in the area.
The project
Sportmadness accepted the challenge of launching an exclusive campus for goalkeepers in Massanassa, which would allow the goalkeepers of this area of Valencia to enjoy the company and advice of their idol while learning and having a great time.
The project was a success, highlighting above all the quality of the teaching, with student/coach ratios and materials of a professional level, as well as trips to train at the Levante Fútbol playa (Levante Beach Football) facilities. This, together with Vicente's involvement, contributed to creating an unforgettable experience for these young goalkeepers that they will remember forever.
The results
A project that creates a school.
The success in recruiting goalkeepers from different clubs in the area, with the added difficulty of finding participants of this specific area, together with the great experience that was lived, generated a community eager to continue learning deeply the technique of this position. The families of these players asked Vicente and Sportmadness to create a technification school that would replicate this experience throughout the year.
On the other hand, this project was the beginning of a relationship between Vicente and the town council of Massanassa, which values his involvement with its citizens.
